300 gram(s) (11oz) strawberries, hulled and halved
2 ripe bananas, sliced
2 tablespoon(s) elderflower cordial
450 gram(s) tub of low fat vanilla yogurt
2 egg whites
50 gram(s) (2oz) golden caster sugar

Reserve 6 small strawberries for decoration. Put remaining strawberries, bananas and elderflower cordial together into a food processor. Whizz together till a really smooth purée. Add vanilla yogurt and blend together again to combine.
Whisk egg whites in a clean grease-free bowl till stiffly peaking. Gradually whisk in caster sugar, 1tbsp at a time.
Next, gently fold egg-white mixture into smoothie. Spoon into 6 glasses. Chill for just 1 hr, then top each mousse with a small strawberry to decorate.
