Ingredients

  • 1  x heart romaine lettuce, broken into pieces
  • Half  cucumber, chopped
  • 2  beef tomatoes, sliced
  • 200 gram(s) (7oz) radishes, cut into wedges
  • 1  avocado, quartered
  • 1 large spring onion, chopped (optional)
  • 3 tablespoon(s) French dressing

Method

  1. Put lettuce in a large bowl then add cucumber, tomatoes and radishes. Peel avocado and slice flesh, then add to bowl with spring onion, if using.
  2. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper and drizzle over French dressing. Serve within an hour.
