500 gram(s) (1lb 2oz) pork mince
1 tablespoon(s) wholegrain mustard
1 large egg
75 gram(s) fresh white breadcrumbs
3 tablespoon(s) fresh dill, finely chopped
1 tablespoon(s) vegetable oil
300 ml (½ pint) chicken stock
150 ml (¼ pint) double cream

Put pork, mustard, egg, breadcrumbs, 2tbsp dill and some seasoning into a large bowl. Mix well. Form into 20 golf ball-size balls.
Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Fry meatballs for 8-10min until cooked through and golden.
Pour in stock and cream, bring to the boil and bubble for 3min. Sprinkle over remaining dill and check seasoning. Serve with cranberry sauce and boiled basmati rice.
