SHE Thai Crab bites

Ingredients

  • 200 gram(s) white crab meat
  • 2-3tsp sweet chilli sauce
  • Rind ½ lime
  • 1 tablespoon(s) lime juice
  • 1 handful chopped coriander
  • 7cm (3in) piece cucumber, diced
  • ¼ red onion, finely diced
  • 2  x 70g bags Sensations Lime and Coriander chutney poppadoms

Method

  1. Place crab meat in a bowl with the chilli sauce, lime rind, juice and chopped coriander. Stir the cucumber and red onion into the crab mixture. Chill in fridge until ready to serve.
  2. Get ahead: Make the crab mixture in the morning, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
