  • 1  cauliflower, broken into florets
  • 1  red pepper, deseeded and cut into strips
  • 3 tablespoon(s) olive oil
  • 3 tablespoon(s) soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon(s) capers
  • 2 tablespoon(s) black olives

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200ºC (400ºF) gas mark 6. Place the florets and pepper in a baking dish and pour over the oil and soy sauce. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes, turning them over once, add the capers and olives and bake for another 3 minutes. Serve hot or warm. Recipe by Colin Spencer
