Wok braised duck with savoy cabbage

• 2 tablespoon(s) Hoisin sauce
• 1 tablespoon(s) honey
• 1 teaspoon(s) Chinese five spice powder
• 1 tablespoon(s) oil
• 1?2 onion, sliced
• 1?2 head Savoy cabbage, leaves shredded
• 2  skinless duck breasts, sliced thinly
• rice or noodles, to serve

Method

1. In a bowl, add Hoisin sauce, honey, Chinese five spice powder and 1tbsp boiling water. Mix till well combined. Put to one side.
2. In a wok, heat oil, add onion and stir-fry for 3 mins, then add cabbage and cook for a further 2 mins. Remove from pan and put to one side.
3. Add duck to pan and stir- fry for 2 mins. Pour in Hoisin mixture and cook for another 2 mins, till sauce is thick and sticky. Return onion and cabbage to pan, stir together and serve with rice or noodles.
