Ingredients

  • 150 gram(s) carton Greek yogurt
  • 1 small bunch fresh mint, leaves only, finely chopped
  • 4 small tomatoes, skinned and finely chopped

Method

  1. In a bowl, add yogurt, then stir through mint and tomatoes. Taste and season with a pinch of sea salt if you wish. Also serve some ready-bought lime pickle.
