Superfood stir-fry
Ingredients
1tbsp olive oil
1 large onion, sliced
200g/7oz tenderstem broccoli
2 carrots, peeled and sliced into strips with a peeler
200g/7oz frozen soya beans
3tbsp oyster sauce
1tbsp soy sauce
1 clove garlic, crushed
300g/11oz wholemeal straight-to-wok noodles (we used Blue Dragon Quick Wok Wholewheat Noodles, 99p from Sainsbury's)
So healthy and speedy

Method
In a wok, add oil and heat over a high heat. Add onion, broccoli and carrot and stir-fry for 3 mins. Add soya beans and cook for a further 2 mins.
Stir in oyster sauce, soy sauce, garlic and 1tbsp water, then add noodles and carrots and cook for 2 mins.
