  A powerful dryer with a good long flex. It dried hair quickly and easily with a well designed directional nozzle getting into the roots. Slightly unbalanced - heavier at the back of the dryer. Satin ion control available but results were not noticeably different when it was selected.

  A lightweight dryer which would be best for fine hair as it is slow to dry even on full power. The medium setting is quite hot but the directional nozzle good at getting into the roots. Slide style controls are stiff to move. It moves about if placed down when still switched on.

  The hottest air temperature recorded of all dryers tested, it had to be used on the medium setting. The directional nozzle is quite stiff to remove and the controls are not in sequence so have to be switched off before lowering or raising the temp or power.

  Perfect for travelling, the handle folds against the dryer head and the flex retracts inside the handle. Heat and speed settings are not separate and the fastest setting is too hot and cooler setting quite slow. Cool shot control is red which is misleading. Noisy.
