50g (2oz) white chocolate (or milk or plain, if you prefer)
12 strawberries, leaving the green hulls on

Melt 50g (2oz) white chocolate (or milk or plain, if you prefer) in a heatproof bowl set over a pan of gently simmering water (or blast for 20sec bursts in the microwave until melted). Meanwhile wash and thoroughly dry about 12 strawberries, leaving the green hulls on. Holding a strawberry by its hull, dip the fruit into the melted chocolate.
Put on to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Repeat with remaining berries, then chill to set. Serve.
