Rich and buttery, avocados are full of natural oils and protein that will restore moisture to dry summer hair, making it stronger and more flexible. Simply mash an avocado and blend into a smooth paste with two tablespoons of yoghurt. Apply the avocado mixture all over your hair and scalp and wrap in a warm towel. Let the mixture soak into your hair for 20 minutes. Rinse well with warm water and shampoo and style as usual.
