Victoria Beckham out and about

Victoria Beckam’s tea-drinking health kick

With money no object Victoria Beckham has tried and tested the world's finest beauty secrets in a bid to tame her problematic skin and to ward off the signs of age. Her latest fad is guzzling the ancient Chinese tea favoured by other celebrities such as Jerry Hall and Joss Stone. Pu-er comes in a cake form to be crumbled into boiling water, and is said to have powerful anti-oxidants to protect the skin from UV rays and thus slow down the ageing process as well as raise the metabolism for fat burning.

Weird or wonderful? At £140 a case the price may be a little weird but the anti-oxidant nature of this herbal tea is definitely beneficial. Green tea and Matcha tea have similar beneficial properties and are a far more affordable alternative - wonderful.
