Breakfast at Tiffanys

The Ultimate LBD...

Fashion and film have always gone hand in hand, and with the awards season drawing to a close for another year,  Good Housekeeping has turned to the silver-screen to look at some of the most influential and swoon-worthy fashion.

Iconic film 'Breakfast at Tiffany’s' (1961) saw Audrey Hepburn at her best as kooky socialite Holly Golightly. Hepburn’s clothes were exclusively designed for her by Hubert de Givenchy who said of her “there is not a woman alive who does not dream of looking like Audrey Hepburn,” and who could argue with that?! In this pared down black dress, rows of pearls, mini tiara and over-sized glasses, Hepburn has inspired generations of women and designers alike.
