The arms

Tone up flabby arms with this ‘ponytail extension' exercise. Using a 3-5lb weight in your right hand, lift your arm straight up above your head. Support the elbow with your left hand as you bend it and lower the weight behind your head. Repeat with your left arm completing up to 20 reps on each arm.
