The bust

As well as ensuring you’re wearing the correct size bra, this bust firming press-up against the wall exercise will help to tone up the pectoral muscles which support your chest and keep your bust looking pert. Start with your feet hip-width apart and your body at arm's length from the wall. Press your hands against the wall at shoulder height and width, then slowly bend your elbows so your upper body comes forward and your nose touches the wall. To make it harder, step your feet back so more of your body moves forward, forming a diagonal as your nose reaches the wall.
