The chin

A double chin can be a result of weight gain but if you’ve shed the excess pounds and have been left with excess skin this handy exercise can help tighten and firm the chin area. Stand with your head down pressed to the chest. Slowly raise and tilt head back as far as you can while you clench you teeth tight. Hold for count of 10. Relax, and repeat 10 times.
