This Pilates spine stretch move is a great stretch for the back and hamstrings. Simply sit up tall with your legs stretched out straight in front of you and your back straight. Lift the top of your head to the sky but keep your shoulders relaxed. Inhale and extend your arms out in front of you then reach for your toes while exhaling.
