Five new designer wows for the home
From stylish bedroom storage to wonderful wallpaper, theres a wealth of new styles for your home
Georgia Horton originally trained as an artist in Italy and is well versed in the traditional skills of fresco, trompe l'oeil and architectural painting, so it made sense for her to start making wallpapers. Handprinted in the UK, using hand-mixed colours, her bold designs give flowers and foliage a modern twist. New this autumn is the Lobster Quadrille patterned paper in damson and black (left) or steel, £140 a roll. Call 01795 530755 or visit georgiahorton.com.
Sarah Willshaw and her team at Willow and Stone, near Falmouth in Cornwall, continue to expand their range of traditional home products and have launched a collection of compact painted wooden furniture, from a mini three-drawer chest, £9.50, to a large pigeon hole unit (above), £225.
