Make an Easter egg tree
Decorate your Easter table with eggs you can use again and again
Paint polystyrene eggs in a variety of pretty colours. We used test pots of household emulsion paint.
Once dry, use a small paintbrush to decorate the eggs with small, white spots. To make the hanging loop, cut a 10cm length of narrow ribbon and tie the ends together.
Attach a ribbon loop to the top of each egg with a pin. Arrange a selection of twigs in a vase or jug and decorate with the hanging eggs.
Tip: Place a needle or pin in one end of each egg and wedge this in a lump of Plasticine or similar so you can paint the entire egg in one go and leave it to dry.
