Make it with mosaic: house number
Create a rustic house number using tiles and pebbles
Choose dark-coloured tiles with light pebbles or vice versa so the number will be easily read from a distance. Use a square tile for the base. Draw round the tile on plain paper and arrange your small tiles and pebbles on this first to plan the design. Apply a generous layer of ready-mixed tile adhesive/grout and quickly transfer your tiles to make the numerals. Fill in the gaps with pebbles and leave to dry.
If the number will be used in an exposed position, use exterior-quality tiles and grout.
