Joe McElderry at Prima's big night out

Prima Magazine was delighted to have Joe McElderry as the opening act at the 17th annual Comfort Prima High Street Fashion Awards. Read more about the event and see the winners here. The audience were entertained by Joe's two winning TV tracks, Dance With My Father from his X Factor win in 2009 and Nessun Dorma from his recent Popstar to Operastar win.

Since his win Joe has recorded a new album of classic songs. Inspired by his time on the show and his mentors, world-renowned Mexican tenor Rolando Villazón and Welsh mezzo-soprano Katherine Jenkins, he has discovered a new area of music.
