Hi, Plop! I use lavender (my own homegrown) in many recipes. Sounds like they may have used lavender-infused milk for this, or perhaps lavender sugar, or both? I'd infuse milk with lavender by gently heating it to extract the flavour then strain out the lavender and follow your own recipe. To make lavender sugar, simply put lavender sprigs into your sugar jar (like making vanilla sugar). In Space, No One Can Hear You Sing. |

You could always try dried lavender heads in muslin, if you really don't want to wait.
