Does anyone know how to stop this happening? I thought I saw this as a question and answer in the magazine but can't find it on the website.

Hi BCP

I bake quite a lot of cup cakes and have noticed this happening too, but only when I used a certain type of bun case. They seem to spread out when they get hot so don't stick to the buns.

The last lot I bought were brown ones and they are the strongest, best-shaped cases I have used, think they were from Asda or Sainsbury's.

those brown ones are good, I got mine in ASDA and they are quite firm cases.
