I've just seen the recipe for Christmas Eve lasagne in the booklet with the December issue. Looks delish. As there'll be about 18 of us on Boxing day, thought I'd do this but not sure&nb

Freezing lasagne

I've just seen the recipe for Christmas Eve lasagne in the booklet with the December issue. Looks delish. As there'll be about 18 of us on Boxing day, thought I'd do this but not sure of the best way to to freeze it. Any ideas please? Thanks |

I freeze home made lasagne all the time, just make it as normal put the entire thing dish and all into a plastic bag seal and freeze. I defrost for 12 hours or so in the fridge then either reheat in the oven or slice into individual portions and zap in the microwave (this works best TBH). |

Going to give it a go. Will freeze it a couple of weeks before and hopefully chill out on Boxing morning instead of running round like a headless chicken
