Hello girls I'm so happy to be able to tell you all that our little cat Minty who went missing on october 17th finally made his way home late last night (tuesday)

the night before while feeding our other cats my daughter thought she heard mewing in our sideway I thought so too, just some very faint mews. because it was dark & the weather bad, not to mention poor access to that side of the house we could do nothing but leave food and hope for the best.

last night my daughter went to get some of the roast beef left from tea to give the cats a treat. again we heard the faint mews so with roast beef in hand OH went out to the back yard. there stood one tired, scruffy, frightened but mostly hungry little ginger cat, Minty!

naturally he has had lots of cuddles and pats & LOL some kisses too. apart from being quite scruffy & sadly frighened he is thankfully in rather good condition for having been missing for 18 days. really don't know where he's been. perhaps locked in a shed or something. the main thing is that he's back home with his family. his brother is so excited to see him, I worried they might not remember each other but it seems they do!

I had given up hope of ever seeing his cute little ginger face ever again am so happy to again have 3 little ginger boys as well as the 2 girls. thanks so much girls for all your kind thoughts & wishes for Minty's safe return, I'm sure it helped lots!!!!!

Dell, that is fantastic news! It's the most wonderful feeling when a cat returns! This has happened to me so many times! Probably Minty got stuck in a shed or garage while the people were on holiday?

We had a cat return to us after 4 weeks and we had all but given up hope. Taggart returned to us skinny, hungry and most tellingly smelling strongly of creosote!

I want to sent a cyber cuddle to Minty. Welcome home little cat!
