Help + Kenwood Multipro

I bought the above in the UK and brought it home to Germany. I had the plug changed by an electrician. And thought I was all set. But it just shows no sign of life. There are clear instructions that the bowl and everything have to be properly fitted before it works. My problem is with the "detachable shaft" and the knife blade. They both wobble about and are not fixed at all. Particularly the knife blade: you are supposed to twist it clockwise to engage it. It just doesn't engage. So the whole machine is useless. Does anyone who has one (FP730) have any advice please? |

Hi Georgie I don't have a multipro so this may not be all that helpful but 2 things occur to me - the UK power supply 240 volts and isn't it 120volts on the continent - does that make a difference? - and why not contact Kenwood customer service for help. |
